Water environment is one of the basic elements of the environment.It is also the survival and development of human society an important place.Human life activities and production activities can not be separated from water.Water environment has gradually become the the most critical factor in the urban and rural ecological environment system.Today,China's water environment is facing a huge risk.Water environmental problems have also become the most prominent aspects of China's environmental problems which is restricting China's development.And urban and rural construction is an important factor affecting the risk of water environment.Wuhan city circle has a lot of water.Wuhan city circle prosperity because of water,but also subject to water.So the development of Wuhan city circle needs to solve the water environment.In this paper,the present situation of water environment in Wuhan city circle is analyzed by using the method of combining social science and natural science,and the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative assessment is used to analyze the general characteristics of water environment in Wuhan city circle.Through the definition of water environment and the summary of the case,the index system of water environment risk assessment is deduced,and the risk assessment of water environment in Wuhan urban area is evaluated and analyzed from five risk areas.The paper analyzes the influence of urban construction and the construction of villages and towns on the water environment of Wuhan city circle through the means of sufficient literature survey and quantitative analysis,and finally puts forward the ecological security pattern of water environment in Wuhan city circle.Out of different types of cities and towns of the construction guidelines.In this study,we found that the present situation of water environment in Wuhan city circle is "two zones with three zones,cross distribution" pattern;put forward the regional and sub-regional assessment of regional water environment and found that the urban environment of Wuhan water environment risk prevailing,but the risk of South The urban area of Wuhan city center and the construction of villages and towns on the water environment is quite different,and showing regional characteristics;Wuhan urban circle urban and rural construction should be for water environmental protection.Take the regional control,classification guidance of the protection strategy.This paper takes Wuhan city circle as an example to construct and put forward the technology and method of water environment risk assessment in regional urban circle.Based on the dimension of urban and rural construction control,this paper puts forward the adaptive water environment protection strategy of Wuhan city circle,which has strong theory and practice significance.
