With the third wave of global urbanization,China has entered the stage of rapid urbanization. However, rapid urbanization has also led to increasingly severe traffic congestion and environmental pollution.Among them, the rapid development of urban traffic is closely related to the air pollution in cities. In addition to the rapid expansion of urban traffic volume, the cause of serious traffic pollution is also largely related to the unreasonable structure of urban transportation in China. From the perspective of the environmental impact of the whole life cycle, the development trend and policy adjustment of transportation structure in the future cities need theoretical research and data support.Taking the traffic travel system of Harbin as the research object, this paper uses the life cycle assessment method to study the energy consumption and environmental release of the traffic travel system in Harbin under the present situation and three simulated scenarios. The life cycle inventory data show that in the 7 environmental impact types of ADP fossil,GWP,AP,EP,HTP,POCP and TETP,the baseline scenario is 1.55 times,2.44 times,1.85 times,2.64 times,2.03 times,2.61 times and 2.36 times as current value, respectively,by the increase of total travel volume and the increase of private car sharing rate.By adjusting the traffic structure, the environmental impact of the public transport and the rapid development scenario decreased in addition to the AP.ADP fossil,GWP,EP,HTP,POCP and TETP were 87.57%,91.19%,91.49%,93.43%,88.92% and 88.82% of the baseline scenarios, and AP slightly increased to 1.04 times the base scenario;due to further energy structure optimization, the environmental impact of the high-speed development scenario of rail transit and sharing single car is only 26.92%,40.93%,60.97%,37.55%,48.59%,32.49% and 42.24% of the baseline scenario. The results of the life cycle impact analysis show that the current situation of the total environmental impact of the traffic travel system in Harbin is 3.2588 x 10-4,the baseline scenario value is 8.2885×10-4,the public traffic and the common passenger speed development scenario value is 7.2783×10-4,the high-speed development scenario of the rail traffic and the sharing single vehicle is 2.1993×10-4.Under the current situation and under various situations, the most important environmental impact categories in Harbin traffic travel system are ADP fossil, which are 8.51×10-4?2.17×10-3?1.90×10-3?5.58×10-4,respectively.This is because the most direct and most important environmental impacts of the three stages of energy mining, energy conversion and energy consumption are fossil fuel consumption.Secondly,GWP,as the energy power of motor vehicles,a large number of combustion of fossil fuels leads to a large amount of greenhouse gas emissions;the smallest environmental impact category is TETP,which are 1.34×10-6?3.16×10-6?2.81×10-6?1.34×10-6,respectively.In order to reduce the impact of traffic travel on the environment,we can consider the improvement of two angles, including optimizing the energy structure of motor vehicles and optimizing the traffic management: the priority of the development of rail traffic and public transport;the policy support for the non-motor vehicle travel and walking and consider Pingfang District, which has the flat and better road conditions as a shared bicycle ride point;improve public transportation environment, improve the ride comfort;limit vehicle by combining the economic means and policy means ownership;the Internet plus car ride based on software, improve vehicle loading rate and reduce the pollutant emissions;through community interaction, culture and public awareness of green travel habit.
