CNC machine tools play an important role in modern manufacturing and are the core equipment that affects the development of modern manufacturing.With the changes in the market environment and the continuous development of manufacturing technology,the demand for CNC machine tools from users is constantly changing,from the most original pursuit of machine tool performance to the now higher level of appearance and usability of CNC machine tools.In order to adapt to the user's appearance requirements and other requirements,the design styles of machine tools at different machine tools are constantly changing.Therefore,it is very important to study the modeling methods and cognitive processes of CNC machine tools and the evolution of the design styles of various manufacturers.By analyzing the influencing factors of the evolution of CNC machine tools,it is possible to know the cognitive factors affecting the style of CNC machine tools and the macro factors that influence the evolution of the style of CNC machine tools.Through experimental investigation and analysis of experimental data,the correlation between various factors can be obtained.The proportion of each factor in the influence style perception.Through the collection of style cognition data of typical CNC machine tools samples,and the use of scoring and clustering methods to quantitatively measure the style of the sample.In the analysis of the evolution law of CNC machine tool styles,the trend of cognition changes in the sample style of CNC machine tools is summarized,and the style image of CNC machine tools is divided according to trends.Based on the analysis of the basic form evolution of NC machine tools based on shape grammar,the basic form evolution of CNC machine tools is summarized.Based on the gene evolution analysis of CNC machine tools based on product family design DNA theory,the hierarchical structure of NC machine modeling genes was constructed,and the mapping data between style images and modeling genes was obtained.In the practical application of the evolution rule of numerical control machine tools,the style required for design can be selected first according to the analysis of style trends,and then the mapping data between style image and modeling genes can be selected,and the design constraints can be formed by comparing the modeling genes of related styles.After the scope,the overall form of the machine tool is designed,and the style and style of the design plan are evaluated.
