Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the main natural disasters in coal mining.In actual production,according to the characteristics of different mines,there will be a different situation.Once a fire occurs,it will inevitably result in very serious consequences.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the law of spontaneous combustion of coal.Through effective prediction and proper measures to prevent and extinguish the fire,we can effectively prevent and avoid the occurrence of mine fires.Research and design of the prediction of mortar grouting system the emphasis of this research on spontaneous combustion of coal mine Zhang Jia Mao prediction.Grasp the law of spontaneous combustion of coal,the coal sample laboratory test,suspension formulation research,coal mining face of coal spontaneous combustion "three zone" observation,and mortar grouting system research,further study and improve the basic parameters of fire extinguishing and goaf float coal spontaneous combustion "three zones" division,the prediction system of research and put forward the suitable for Zhang Mao coal mine grouting technology to improve the spontaneous combustion of coal mine and anti mine.We should solve the problems of coal spontaneous combustion prediction and emergency fire prevention and control technology urgently needed at present,and make a preliminary demonstration on the feasibility of using mortar grouting for fire prevention.
