In recent years,problems such as occupational health,environmental pollution and life safety and property loss caused by coal dust have attracted much attention.In order to reduce and prevent the hazards of coal dust,the development and application of environment friendly coal dust suppressants have become effective measures to solve the coal dust problem.In this paper,the physical properties and surface chemical properties of coal dust are studied.From the perspective of environmental protection,the aloe extract containing natural polysaccharide polymer and other natural polymer components is selected as a biomass raw material,based on the monomer experiment.,Selecting agents with wettability,water retention,and binding properties,from which sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate is preferred as a surfactant,sodium polyacrylate is a water-absorbent resin material,and sodium carboxymethylcellulose is a water-soluble polymer.Things.In the experiment,four kinds of raw materials were mixed and designed with different mix ratio design experiments.The optimum ratio of the dust suppression agent raw materials and the optimal dilution ratio were determined through the evaluation indicators such as water retention,adhesion,and film formation.The dust dust suppressing agent of the composite dust for its optimal ratio was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).At the same time,it was compared with other types of dust suppression agents to verify the dust suppression performance.The agent's anti-steaming properties,film forming properties,erosion resistance,bonding properties,and penetration properties.Research indicates:(1)Through the dust suppression experiment,the contact angle of the coal dust decreased from approximately 64° to 20° and the Zeta potential rapidly decreased when the concentration of the anionic surfactant sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate was 1.8%.reduced from about-35 to-68,indicating that the surfactant can improve the wettability of water and coal dust adsorption;absorbent polyacrylic acid absorbency is 650g/g and has repeated absorption capacity,12h constant temperature 40 ? In the case of water,the water retention rate was 69.8%.When the concentration of the water-soluble polymer sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was 1.0%,the viscosity reached 14.8 mPa·s.(2)Through the mixing design experiment,it was determined that the optimal ratio of the preparation of the composite dust suppression agent was 1:4:3:2 ratio of biomass material,surfactant,water-absorbent resin and water-soluble polymer,and the dilution ratio was At 1:30,the best dust suppression indicators were:film formation time 48min,evaporation amount 2.49g,and weight loss 7.49g.(3)The results of infrared spectrum analysis showed that the coal dust formed by spraying the composite dust suppressant formed characteristic peaks in the range of 1100-1300 cm-1,indicating that the oxygen functional groups of the coal dust increased and the purpose of improving the hydrophilicity of the coal samples was achieved.Scanning electron microscope results showed that the coal After the dust was sprayed with dust suppression agent,the surface morphology of the dust was changed from rough to smooth,indicating that the dust suppression agent had a certain wetting and bonding effect on the coal dust;the water retention rate reached 55%in the steaming resistance test at 60? for 12 hours.The film formation time is 45min.In the open air dust suppression experiment,the 30-day coal sample only lost about 8.5g,and the film was preserved well;the viscosity was moderate at 68 mpa·s,which can guarantee the penetration depth of coal dust and can form Curing layer effect;moderate penetration rate of 0.237mm/s,which can effectively wet the coal dust and form a thick solidified layer,with good dust suppression effect.
