The coal resources in the surface villages,highways and reservoirs of Bin-Chang Ting-nan coal mine are about 19543×104 tons,which seriously affects the normal production and continuity of the mine,the safe mining of coal under the village is an urgent problem to be solved in Ting Nan coal mine.In this paper,the research background of the exploitation under the village of Ting Nan.On the basis the surface movement observation data of the wide strip working face,analyzes the influence degree of 105 working face on the surface Village House in view of the conditions which have already been formed in the 105 working face and the distribution of the village house in the 105 working face.Select the appropriate coordinated mining plan to reduce the impact of mining on the surface buildings.Based on the key layer theory,the stability conditions of the key strata in overlying strata in 105 mining face are analyzed,and the key layer of the 105 face mining is found to be in the state,of bending subsidence,and the control effect of the main key layer on the surface subsidence is quantitatively analyzed with the deflection bending theory of thin plate.The results show that the key layer structure of 10.5 mining face is stable,And the stress,plastic zone distribution and the core zone ratio of the strip coal pillar between 105 and 103 working faces are simulated by using FLAC3D software calculation.Furthermore,the stability of the strip coal pillar between 105 and 103 faces is analyzed,and the surface movement deformation of the mining plan is estimated by numerical simulation combined with theprobability integral prediction method,and the influence degree of mining,on the surface dwellings is analyzed.The results show that thedamage degree of the mining to the surface buildings is within the ? level,less than the surface building fortification standard.Combined with the technical and economic analysis,the 'mining scheme of 105 faces is determined.The research results have important reference value for the "Under the three" mining in the Ting-nan coal mine and even the Bing-chang mining area.
