The amount of Chang Cun coal mine under the protection coal pillar is about 102 972 000t, if it takes the method of gangue backfilling mining to recycle resources, the economic benefit is considerable. The reserves of test mining working face S5-12 is 330 000 t, the upward of working face is Wang village factory and the road. If caving method is used to recovery of coal resources, it may damage the surface of buildings.The mining area of rock movement parameters are derived from the measured data in Chang Cun coal mine and rock movement parameters calculation formula. According to the "three under" rules determined the level of protection of buildings. Adopted the mining visualization prediction system to estimated surface deformation after fully caving mining method, the prediction results is over I level protection standards. The extent of Wang village protection coal pillar and calculate the quantity of coal is determined through the protection of coal pillar design principles and standards. Chang Cun coal mining gangue backfilling system is designed, and makes equipment selection of transportation and backfilling process.Based on specific circumstances of backfilling in the part of the working face, surface deformation prediction algorithm backfilling in part of the working face and the results visualization algorithm is sketched. Finally, using multiple superposition of working face mining system to calculate the equivalent mining height the part of working face in gangue backfilling mining method, reach the standard level I protection. The gangue backfilling quantity is back stepped according to the calculation method of equivalent mining height.Through the above studies, when the protection coal pillar in Chang Cun coal mine guarantee equivalent mining height reaches 3.5 m, it can ensure the surface deformation meet I grading standards, the full rate is 68.6%. Thesis research results have reference and guiding significance to other mine production and selection of mining method.
