With the development of domestic economy and the advance of science and technology,the chemistry industry also speeds up to development in industry.The traditional antiquated commercial manufacture styles hasn’t meet the demand of PIA production,so,automation equipment is widely used in the process of manufacturing and production processing.The fieldbus control system is developing rapidly as a kindly of control system in recent years,due to the series of advantages of the simple structure,economy and durability,it get many user’s favors.Bromine is one of the most important chemistry product in chemistry industry.It’s using in the fields of fire retardant,oil exploitation,fine chemical engineering.In the case of the improving of process flow,it’s important to research a kind of control system with safety,advance and high efficiency.Firstly,this article introduces the related background and process flow of the bromine and also ascertains the process flow to extract the bromine,explains the reason to choice the plan of control system,and the the trend of development of the fieldbus control system,then on the basis of introducing the control system of SHCAN2000,and it introduces the hardware and software,after that,it introduces the design of hardware detailed,include the model selection of hardware,the design of double circle diagram and the wiring diagram,based on the SHCAN2000 control module,used the Fix to complete the conFig.uration of upper computer and the monitor screen,at the same time,used the touch screen of Kinco company’s MT4000 series to complete the design of human-computer interface,then finished the software setting of optical fiber CAN.Finally,used the SHCANCFG to finishing the debugging of the overall system.The design of the monitored system of the bromine device’s safety rectification project in this article has been used in the chemical industry now,after the operation and moving,it can keep the high accuracy and high efficiency to run,and realize the aim of safety in production.So,it can prove that the monitored system of the bromine device’s safety rectification project have a great development direction and prospect.
