Industrial bromine is an important chemical raw material which is widely applied in chemical production.Tianjin Changlu Hangu Saltern Co.,Ltd has rich experience in bromine production with yearly bromine capacity of 6,500 ton at present.Previous bromine evaporation device has serious security risks sine they are out of repair for many years.Besides,bromine extraction rate is very low,reducing economic benefits.Through this thesis I make study on how to transform bromine evaporation device to blowing bromine device.This technology takes high brine(which contains about 5g/L of bromine)as raw material and extracts bromine through Air Blowing Method.Moreover,it adopts twice bromine extraction method,which further increases the extraction and utilization rate of bromine resource.This technology is the first creation and unique in China.Through this thesis I mainly analyze the functional mechanism of acidfication procedure,oxidation procedure,plus desorption and absorption procedure.What's more,through experimental comparison,I confirm critical control point parameter of all the above procedures.Meanwhile,I analyze the reasons of parameter difference in bromine extraction from bitter brine and old brine.I also make experiments in order to determine many precise parameters including temperature control,chlorine distribution ratio,blowing air and liquid ratio control,as well as absorption of sulfur dioxide.Finally,I analyze problems in the transformation and put forward solutions to these problems,improving the technology.Through the transformation,the extraction rate can reach around 90%,much higher than the previous bromine evaporation device.It greatly reduces the consumption of steam,and decreases the production cost.In the meantime,it reduces environmental pollution and improves production safety.
