EPC general contracting is a project management method which combinds the whole process of design,construction and procurement.The method is always applied in large-scale infrastructure construction,projects which contain high technical difficulty and Large coordination.Regional sewage treatment technology is a kind of compound technology,including early investigation,pipeline detection,design(including hydraulic model),engineering repair,measurement,removing obstacles in pipeline and daily maintenance,which are so-called seven modules.This technology includes designing titute?inspection institution?contractor and maintenance,etc.At the same time,this technique looks the entire region as the object of the pollution treatment,not limited to a certain period of sewer or a river,but set a sewage treatment plant for the end of the line upstream as an object,and to the entire area of the sewage collection rate,COD index into the plant as indicators of regional effect.The EPC model as a form of general contract project in the world has been widely used in the domestic general contracting project,and also get more and more attention and application.With the rapid development of sewage treatment industry in China,adopting EPC mode to build a sewage treatment project also gradually increase.Therefore,combined with national conditions and characteristics of sewage treatment industry has important practical significance and application value to analyze and study the EPC mode construction of sewage treatment.In this paper,management theory and application based on EPC mode,from the pattern of regional sewage disposal,analysis of regional sewage disposal management,analysis of the actual engineering project of EPC general contracting model,analysis and Countermeasures of problems such as sewage treatment engineering application of EPC mode of summarizes and analyzes the applicability and characteristics in the construction of China's sewage treatment project in EPC model,which is applicable to the EPC mode in sewage treatment engineering in our country,is in line with the requirements of the development of the industry.
