| As machine tool industry increasingly concentrated resources to the core technology,most of the components in the whole product must be purchased from suppliers.The reliability of self-made parts is generally high,so the outsourcing parts determine the reliability of the whole machine,and suppliers are very important to the host plant.The purchase cost of the main engine and the performance of the purchased parts,as input from the host plant,will have a huge impact on the output of the output side.Compared with the international advanced level manufacturers,there is still a large gap in the reliability level of the foreign purchase parts of the Chinese enterprises,which will lead to the further compression of the profit and other space of the output terminal.The efficiency of supplier conversion is a overall consideration of the rationality of both "resource input" and "value output".It can not only evaluate the quality of the supplier’s performance in the OEMs,but also provide the objective decision basis for the selection of the supplier,as well as the information source for the monitoring of the supplier status.Optimizing the efficiency of supplier transformation helps the host plant internalize the supplier’s resources and capabilities into its core competitiveness.At present,there are few researches on supplier performance evaluation in machine tool industry in China,and the research on supplier evaluation from the perspective of efficiency and OEMs is almost zero.Therefore,this paper proposes an input-output evaluation index system which is composed of factors such as reliability and other factors.Through the construction of the mathematical model of data envelopment analysis,the problems of comprehensive conversion efficiency,resource input redundancy and insufficient value output are calculated.According to the two kinds of decomposition efficiency(pure technology conversion efficiency and scale conversion efficiency),the supplier efficiency is divided into four stages of introduction,maturity,growth and recession.Secondly,to overcome the data envelopment analysis model can only evaluate the efficiency of the transformation of suppliers,unable to further objectively analyze the factors that affect the efficiency of transformation.This paper uses system dynamics to open the "black box" into the decision-making unit.On the basis of the development stage of the divided supplier,based on the supplier synthesis,pure technology and scale conversion efficiency,the three subsystems of economic and productive capacity,product competitiveness and scale income are established to depict three kinds of conversion efficiency respectively.The mechanism of the effect of ringing factors on it.Finally,the causal loop diagram and flow chart of the supplier competitiveness under the coupling of three subsystems are drawn.Through the comparison and analysis of the four development stages,the optimization strategy of upgrading the manufacturing management level,the reliability control technology of the outsourcing parts,the supplier classification management,the quantity of the reliability of the outsourcing parts and so on are found.It provides assistance for supplier selection and management of machine tool plant enterprises. |
