In recent years,the urban population has gathered rapidly,and the high-rise buildings are gradually increasing in the cities.Because of the stability of fire equipment is not guaranteed under the different environment,there are various problems,such as natural aging,usability aging and consumptive aging.The traditional fire equipment and facilities inspection and maintenance cannot detect these hidden dangers in time,which has great adverse effects on fire prevention and fighting in high-rise buildings.In view of the reliability inspection of fire pump system,this paper uses the control technology of combining programmable logic controller with frequency converter,and studies regular fault inspection and maintenance technology for related fire facilities and systems,and develops a set of fire pump intelligent inspection system,including software,hardware and joint working mechanism.The system improves the reliability and stability of the buildings' fire system.The system has two main functions,one is remote monitoring,and the fire operator can carry out remote real-time monitoring of the fire field and master the operation parameters of the fire equipment.The other is automatic inspection,fire operators can set relevant automatic inspection parameters,so that the system is automatically inspecting,which improves the reliability and stability of the building fire system.The work of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:Based on the analysis of the overall functional requirements of the system,and combined with the design principles,the overall architecture,hardware architecture and software architecture of the system are designed.At the same time,the host inspection controller and inspection control scheme of the system are analyzed,which lays the foundation for the design of software and hardware platform.According to the hardware function requirements of the system,a complete schematic diagram of control system is designed.On this basis,combined programmable logic controller with frequency converter,this paper designs inspection control module,pipe network detection module and human-machine interaction module.Thus the construction of the hardware platform of the system is realized.According to the software function requirements of the system,the overall software architecture of the system is designed.On this basis,combined with the specific functional requirements of each part,the paper designs PLC control program,remote monitoring human-machine interaction interface,and business database.According to the relevant experimental standards,the system is debugged,which includes functional debugging of control panel and debugging of remote monitoring interface,and is compared with the actual situation of the fire site.Through the debugging of the system,this paper realizes the functions of data collection,transmission,display,storage and remote control of fire inspection system,and completes the design and implementation of the system.The system realizes the remote,real-time and accurate monitoring of a number of fire pumps,and provides a powerful guarantee for the firefighting workers to master the running state of the fire spot.
