| Nowadays, cars have entered millions of households, and the problem of tail gas and noise pollution generated by motor vehicles has become more and more serious. It has become one of the major sources of pollution in our cities.Mountainous cities are affected by topographic conditions,as well as urban roads with steep slopes, sharp corners, and narrow roads.Road traffic pollution is even more serious. The prevention and control of road traffic pollution involves many aspects, such as socio-economic development, natural climate, government management, urban planning and design. At present, the research on prevention and control of road traffic pollution from the perspective of urban planning in China is not much, and the content is single. From the perspective of urban planning, road traffic pollution prevention and control strategies can provide basis for the formulation and revision of urban planning. At the same time,it can provide ideas for the transformation of old cities, urban renewal and urban weekends in the context of current stocks. The paper takes the noise pollution and exhaust pollution of motor vehicles in urban road traffic in the Three Gorges Reservoir area as the research object, and analyzes the impact of urban morphology, land use, road traffic and architectural layout, urban air pollution and noise pollution status in the Three Gorges reservoir area. The main planning problems of road traffic pollution, the establishment of a planning intervention system for the prevention and control of urban road traffic pollution in the Three Gorges reservoir area, and put forward planning intervention strategies. Finally, taking the urban area of the Three Gorges reservoir area as an example,on the basis of field investigations, relevant data, and data analysis, the causes of road traffic pollution in the city of Fuling are analyzed from the perspective of planning, and corresponding countermeasures are proposed. The main contents of this study include the following parts: 1)Basic cognition-Explain the related concepts of road traffic pollution and propose the basic theory of planning intervention: 2)Explore the relationship-start with the basic characteristics of urban road traffic pollution emissions, combined with mountain cities Characteristics, analysis of the planning and influencing factors of road traffic pollution in mountainous cities;3)Characteristic analysis—Combining the status quo of urban planning in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and current status of road traffic pollution, analyzes themajor planning issues affecting road traffic pollution;4)Strategy summary— Establish a planning intervention system for the prevention and control of urban road traffic pollution in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, and propose a planning intervention strategy for urban road traffic pollution prevention and control in the Three Gorges reservoir area;5)Case demonstration-For the existing problems in the city of Fuling, use the planning intervention system to propose corresponding Improvements. The main conclusions of this paper are: 1)The prevention and control of road traffic pollution in mountainous cities is related to the four main elements of spatial form, land use, road traffic, and architectural layout in urban planning. The cities in the Three Gorges reservoir area have some common problems in planning: rapid urban development, tense land use, declining proportion of green trips, intensive construction, narrow streets, etc. These issues are directly related to planning factors of road traffic pollution prevention and control;2)Selecting the Three Gorges reservoir area Planning and intervention factors of urban road traffic pollution prevention and control, and propose intervention strategies, including urban planning intervention strategies, traffic planning intervention strategies, building layout intervention strategies,etc.;3)Case study of prevention and control of road traffic pollution in Fuling City, pointing out that the use of land There are deficiencies in functions, public transport coverage, road structure, green travel, slow traffic, and ventilation corridors, etc.,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed. |
