Accelerating the development of vocational education and promoting the national employment are important strategies of the Party Central Committee and the State Council.Since the reform and opening-up,a series of policies and regulations has been established to promote the orderly development of vocational education in China.The urgent needs were vigorously developed vocational education,which would be improved the national scientific and cultural quality,advanced professional ability and employment,and promoted the development of national economy.“combination of learning with working,and school-enterprise cooperation ” are the theoretical summary to cultivate professional talents after long-term teaching practice as well as the feasible method to improve the vocational education.The college always implements national policies and regulations on vocational education.Students' vocational ability and skills training are attached great importance in our college.In accordance with the policy of "deepening the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation",the school take vocational guidance ability construction and enterprise participation as the breakthrough point to emphasize the educational model reform,with the promotion of group school-running,courses and teaching materials of school-enterprise cooperation,cooperation in production,learning,research and so on.During the work,the training goal of instrument professional construction of the college is found to widespread deviate from professional core ability,job standard,and job skills.The main reason lies in the lack of participation of enterprises and industry in course construction,which leads to the inefficiency of teaching material on reflecting the contemporary enterprises demand for jobs,directly affecting the ability of the graduates' employment.Most DCS teaching models of vocational schools in China are still in the stage of simple unit simulation and laboratory simulation experiment,with relatively less use of control points and the lack of factory production scenarios,which easily result in one-sided understanding of DCS in actual using of industrial production practice,and the deficiency in the production overall control of knowledge and skills.How to shrink the enterprise production equipment to the classroom teaching and how to enlarge the classroom training equipment to the enterprise production process are difficulties faced by the vocational colleges.To effectively solve the problem and create a real teaching situation,Guangxi invested 5 million yuan RMB in favor of the construction of our simulation oil refinery project.The first refinery semi-simulated training device in use in 2015.To take catalytic cracking production device of processing capacity of 3.5 Mt/a crude distillation as the prototype,the project is narrowly constructed in the proportion of 1:10.Composed of crude distillation section and catalytic cracking section,system adopting the real factory's DCS system of operation control,the training device can achieve the whole simulation of petrochemical production.Compared with the DCS teaching simulation system used in most domestic schools,the hardware part of our semi-simulated refinery works with no materials,and the software control part of DCS is the same with actual production of the refinery.It has the advantages of “hardware production,process virtualization,cooperation between internal and external operation,and environment actualization”.It provides a more actual environment for the students to study and to cooperate with other posts instead of completely independent operation,to practice DCS equipment wiring in real enterprise environment to shorten the gap in actual production with the enterprise.Based on the simulation of the oil refinery operating environment,the paper adopts action-oriented teaching method to teach the integration of work and learning DCS teaching work page newly organized by instrument teaching and research group.Using the way of“project leading,task driving,and activity implementing”to organize teaching.The paper compares the data from the experiment class to common class teaching practice for first-hand practice material from top teaching line.It also gives opinions for the instrument professional curriculum setting and curriculum content modification to improve the teaching quality of DCS.The paper also presents some applications for the school and gives examples and theoretical support to promote integration of work and learning.To a certain extent,the actual study of the paper will be added on content in the research of DCS total control of semi-stimulation to build solid foundation for university-enterprise cooperation to cultivate "prospective employees" for chemical instrumentation automation,and to improve students' vocational skills as well as to add the seamless convergence of graduation and employment with practical significance.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part gives selected background of the paper,analysis the research progress at home and abroad.The author then puts forward the issues,purpose,significance of the study and lists the research methods,routes used during the process.The second part introduces the concept and teaching status of the research work and the investigation of the research.The professional ability requirement of chemical instrumentation and automation is discussed in this part.Then,the author points out the problems existing in the training process of prospective employees,introduces the necessity and urgency of the study and expounds its realistic significance.The third part introduces the practical teaching method and practical research of DCS under the simulated refinery environment.The fourth part is to perfect the countermeasures and suggestions for the practical effect of DCS teaching in the simulated refinery.The last part is to make the conclusion and elaborate the achievement of the research.Then,the author intends to put forward the study deeply and suggestions.
