Research On Comprehensive Budget Management Of Z Corporation Based On The Value-Chain

In recent years,China’s iron and steel enterprises enter the winter,facing a serious excess capacity,reduce the efficiency of the lack of stamina,product innovation and the environmental pressure has increased and so on.Faced with such situation,China’s steel industry must establish a scientific management system in order to obtain competitive advantage.Since the implementation of a large number of enterprises,it has made an indelible contribution to the development of enterprises.However,the traditional budget management can not meet the needs of enterprises to achieve maximum value.So it’s necessary to introduce the value chain theory into the comprehensive budget management.Firstly,it analyzes the vertical,horizontal and internal value chain of the enterprise,and then combines the value chain with each link in the budget preparation,execution and control,incentive and constraint to optimize the business process,The ultimate realization of value added.This paper is mainly based on the iron and steel enterprises Z company,to build a value chain based on the overall budget management system.First,it summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and then summarizes the research ideas and frameworks of this paper,points out the innovation of research,then introduces the concepts of budget management and value chain management,combines the budget management with the value chain theory,This paper also puts forward the theoretical basis for the research in this paper.Thirdly,it introduces the background and budget management of Z company,analyzes the existing problems of the budget,and then builds the Z-based comprehensive budget management system based on the value chain.Finally,based on the value chain Z company’s overall budget management implementation,the budget preparation,implementation and control,constraints and incentives and other multi-level content to make reasonable recommendations.
