Research On Technical Scheme Of Environmental Protection Transformation Of A Power Plant Based On Grey Decision Theory

In this paper,the grey decision theory is used to help the power plant to choose the choice of the technical scheme for environmental protection transformation,and how to combine the grey decision theory with the engineering practice,and how to provide the basis for the selection of the environmental protection reform scheme of a power plant through the grey decision theory,and through the application of the theory to the related electric power enterprises This paper provides an example analysis on the selection and decision making of technical transformation plan for cement,steel and other similar production technology enterprises.First of all,this paper summarizes the classical analysis theory and the complex analysis theory related to the grey decision theory,and draws the application characteristics of the grey decision theory.At the same time,it introduces the technical scheme of the environmental protection transformation of the power plant,summarizes the characteristics of the decision object,and probes into the grey system theory and other analytical theories from the perspective of the applicability of the method.In this paper,the applicability of the decision object is studied.From the point of view of characteristic consistency,the consistency between the characteristics of the decision making of the project selection and the characteristics of the grey theory is explored,and the conclusion that the grey decision theory is applied to the decision of the power plant environmental protection reform scheme is a feasible conclusion.Then,according to the requirements of the project of environmental protection transformation project,the index evaluation system is set up,the index weight calculation model of the analytic hierarchy process of expert weight correction is set up,the grey multi target grey target decision model is set up,the application steps of the decision model are summarized and summarized,and the decision-making of the power plant environmental protection transformation technology is completed.The system of decision analysis method provides guidance for theory application in practice.Finally,this paper applies the multi target grey target weighted model in the grey decision theory to the decision problem of the power plant environmental protection transformation scheme.Through the grey decision analysis,four systems of desulfurization,denitrification,dust removal and fan are made a technical scheme decision,and the grey decision theory is obtained by comparing with the final actual decision conclusion.The conclusion that can guide productive enterprises to make technical upgrading plans will provide technical support for similar engineering problems.
