With the continuous development of China’s coal industry and mining depth deepening,the demand for hoisting systems are increasing,among which the winding hoisting system is widely used in the mine.The wire rope which coils out from the winding drum,passes the head sheave and connects the hoisting conveyance plays a key role in winding hoist system.Due to its long distance transport,lager static and dynamic loads in the running process of the system,a longer rope between drum and sheave will generate vibration.And vibration of the string rope will cause wear on the sheave and affect the running of the hoisting container and the lifting rope below the sheave.So it is necessary to study the vibration of the string rope.In this paper,the string rope vibration of winding hoisting system and the image recognition of string rope vibration are studied by means of theoretical calculation,test platform simulation experiment and the scene experiment,and the exciting source of string rope vibration is analyzed,which provides guarantee for safe and stable running of multi-layer winding hoisting system in the mine.Firstly,the string rope vibration of winding hoisting system is studied.The paper analyzes the excitation source of the string rope vibration and derives the displacement excitation function of the transverse vibration of the string rope caused by the circle-to-circle transition according to the spatial geometric characteristics of the wire rope multi-layer winding.And the vibration model of the string rope is established by using the Hamilton principle and the vibration control equation is discretized based on the Galerkin method.So the Newmark method is applied to calculate and solve the dynamic response of the system under real excitation through the boundary condition.Secondly,the vibration of string rope based on image recognition is studied.According to the principle of image recognition,the array industrial camera and the image edge extraction algorithm based on the wavelet transform are used to detect the edge of the string rope and extract the boundary to obtain the transverse vibration displacement.At the same time,the high-speed linear array industrial camera is used to identity the texture of the string rope by the Gabor transform algorithm,thus the state of the longitudinal motion is obtained.Then,a software is designed for real-time monitoring of transverse vibration displacement of string rope to realizedeffective monitoring for vibration displacement of string rope.At last,the symmetrical double Lebus drum is designed and machined.This paper builds multi-layer winding hoisting system motion test platform based on the principle of hoisting system in the mine.To establish visual recognition system of the string rope transverse vibration of the winding drum and analyze the problem of the string rope vibration displacement recognition of winding drum.The experimental results show that the recognition algorithm for the string rope vibration displacement of the multi-layer winding drum is more practical,and the theory of the string rope vibration of the multi-layer winding drum is correct basically.
