Printed electronic technology is based on the traditional printing principle of electronic manufacturing technology,as the most important digital printing electronic technology without mask,inkjet printing can be directly graphical deposit on the substrate for functional materials,electrohydrodynamic printing(Hereinafter referred to as electrojet printing)technology is based on electrohydrodynamic of inkjet printing technology,compared to the traditional inkjet method,electrojet technology effectively simplifies the nozzle structure,to avoid the nozzle blockage,and it has a huge advantage in print resolution and the scope that ink can be use,which become a new method of micro/nano-structure manufacturing.In this paper,a set of software system is developed on the basis of independent research and development of electrojet printing equipment.The technology of two-dimensional planar and three-dimensional surface deposition function is studied emphatically and applied to create surface microelectronic device,and conducted a performance testing of the device.The main work of this paper includes:(1)building an electronic jet printing software system for the demand for multi-function electronic printing equipment,building software system architecture,writing algorithms for the graph parsing module,supporting the import function of DXF vector diagram and BMP bitmap,encapsulating communication interface of control module,directly controlling the voltage,flow,pressure,movement and other parameters of the corresponding hardware devices,designing convenient and aesthetic interface,achieving the electrojet printing equipment of the automation,intelligent operation.(2)proposing the graphic analytic algorithm,and dividing the graph into two kinds of vector and bitmap.designing a graph analysis algorithm based on CAD-generated graphics exchangeable file(DXF)for the vector graph,designing the pixel-based analysis algorithm for the bitmap graph,converting the data information contained in the two types of graphs respectively into the motion code format which can be recognized by the motion control system.realizing the drop-on-demand and electrospinning printing process mode with the signal feedback of the computer and device,and displaying graphics print examples.(3)putting forward the graphical analysis algorithm based on 3D surface,constructing the surface model,drawing the surface pattern,and generating the corresponding jetting path file based on the UG software processing module,transforming the printing path file into the motion code format which can be recognized by the motion control system,executing surface conformal printing based on three coordinates,simulating electrostatic field of the surface comformal printing process,and studying the influence of different process parameters on the line width of the curved surface,and showing typical complex graphics print examples.(4)proposing a new microelectronic device preparation method,preparing the surface heaters on the surface of the surface optical lens by electroplating equipment and software,testing the conductivity and heating performance of the surface heaters and the thermal image measured by infrared thermal imager showed that the surface heater had good heating effect.All the work in this paper has been integrated into the independent research and development of multi-functional electrojet printing equipment,the current equipment and software systems have been integrated into the school-enterprise cooperation project OLED film packaging(TFE)test line.
