In recent years,with rapid growth of China’s economy,more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection,especially industrial solid waste disposal.The industrial solid waste resource utilization added as much as ￥300 billion yuan to Chinese economy by the end of 2016.Since engaged in this industry for 5 years,we Great Sea Hi-tech Co.,Ltd has made some achievements through our own strong scientific research capacity.Thesis aims to study the development of industrial solid waste resource utilization in Great Sea,explore its development strategy,market segmentation and market positioning,and its development process and safeguard measures.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of Great Sea,the development strategy could be concluded—scientific and technological innovation.Based on the accumulation of scientific and technological achievements,and the experiences of solving different kinds of problem in this field,Great Sea has became a leader in this industry.By the method of PEST,analyze the external macro environment of Great Sea,mainly including the political environment,economic environment,social environment and technology environment;analyze the external market environment of Great Sea by Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model;analyze the internal environment of Great Sea through its company’s organizational structure,brand,research capacity;put forward the development strategy based oh SWOT matrix;through the analysis of both its strengths and weaknesses,and the future development trend,determine the development strategy suited for Great Sea.Through the actual case study,thesis discusses the development space and existing problems of Great Sea in industrial solid waste resource utilization industry,and puts forward the steps and methods of developing and implementing the market strategy in this industry.Linking "Industrial solid waste","resource utilization","circular economy" together,allows enterprises to recognize the relation among them,and then resolve,improve and consummate this relation through scientific and technological innovation,make economic benefits at the same time.This paper hopes to offer some reference for other companies in this field.
