The important means of gas suppression can attenuate and avoid the disaster caused by gas explosion,and the mechanism of the suppression of explosion is controlled temperature and inertia to prevent reaction.The commonly used methods of explosion suppression include water bag of high pressure water curtain rock,water mist suppression technology,dry powder extinguishing agent,two-phase flow suppression technology,etc.Gas explosion is complex geometry problem,at present the lab from a variety of perspective,through observation and explained the process of gas explosion and impact,under the condition of half a premixed gas explosion caused by gas explosion flow field and its propagation phenomenon,(illuminated)laser and optical measurement,a reasonable gas explosion suppression method research.However,most of them are measured in small scale experimental pipelines,and the results can not be directly used to study the gas explosion experiment of mesoscale pipeline.The large scale roadway simulates gas explosion and alignment,but the obtained data still needs to improve its stability,and the relative data accuracy is relatively crude.Therefore,in this paper,the water mist powder with shielding effect is studied in the gas explosion experiment,and the data has the advantages of stability and mesoscale.Shock wave propagation and chemical reaction(including ignition)is a special kind of nonlinear phenomena,the nonlinear phenomena of pipe explosion differences lead to different scales,the choice of suppressant and explosion suppression methods are applicable extent and differences.Experiment is mainly composed of power distribution system,vacuum system,measuring system,shock tube system and auxiliary system,in the experiment,improvement and rational use of related equipment,photoelectric sensor system,including the gas explosion flame retardant system,to prevent false trigger system,solved the gas explosion suppression in the experiments of common flame signal error trigger collection problem,control delay synchronization problem.This paper mainly studies the mesoscale pipe(200 mm * 200 mm)of gas explosion in dry powder under the action of suppressant of explosion suppression,from the Angle of the flame propagation speed and pressure size change for data analysis,understanding the mesoscale pipe using different suppressant cases of gas explosion propagation phenomenon,preliminary understanding inhibit the effect and degree of explosion.At the same time to ignition energy in condition of the main processing,for all cases,used in dry suppressant XinBi reflection of pressure time function curve,discusses the gas explosion flame by suppressant influence and change with time and pressure time and different positions of precursor shock wave pressure andthe change of the flame.Paper research to get a lot of experimental data and some regular conclusions for low concentration gas transportation process of explosion suppression equipment installation provides the theoretical basis of location to active explosion suppression technology and the development of the protective equipment and its engineering application provides an important reference data and technical support.
