Methane explosion is affected by many factors,such as the size of ignition energy,the type and amount of the inhibitor,and the result of the comprehensive effect of various conditions.At present,it is widely used to test the characteristics of gas explosion,and the selection of electronic pulse as generator is seldom involved.In this paper,the effects of ignition energy on the methane explosion of CO2 inert gas,the influence of ignition energy on the inhibition of methane explosion by CO2 and the influence of ignition energy on the flame propagation of CO2 will be studied.It is found that with the increase of ignition energy,the explosion risk F increases,and the explosion limit of methane becomes wider.Join the anti explosion agent CO2,with the increase of ignition energy,critical oxygen concentration decrease,the increase of CO2 concentration at the corresponding critical oxygen concentration,asphyxia ratio becomes larger,the first explosion triangle area becomes larger,which increases the possibility of explosion.In the way of pulse ignition,the effect of ignition energy on CO2 inert methane explosion is obvious.Experimental study on the effect of ignition energy on methane explosion suppression by CO2,with the increase of ignition energy,the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate of methane explosion increases,but the maximum explosion pressure increased from 0.025MPa to 0.049MPa,the change of trend is weak.The effect of the single pulse energy on the methane explosion pressure is obvious.It is considered that the ignition of the pulse ignition in this experiment has no obvious effect on the explosion suppression effect of CO2.Experimental study on the effect of ignition energy on the suppression of methane flame propagation by CO2,flame propagation’s speed of ignition energy is gradually increase,And in the range of 0~10mm,the rising trend is obvious,after the flame spread to 10mm,the speed is slow and tends to balance;with the increase of same igniter ignition energy,the initial flame propagation t will be a slight increase in speed;two kinds of flame propagation speed of the ignition under the difference in precision ignition energy generator under the four ignition energy measured by flame propagation speed follow increased gradually that tends to be stable after the law,and the electronic pulse ignition energy generator four ignition energy under the flame propagation speed in the initial maximum.after decreasing and then increasing.The flame propagation velocity of CO2 is significantly reduced in both horizontal and vertical directions,and the initial velocity and the maximum velocity are both decreased.The flame propagation velocity in the horizontal and vertical directions are similar.In the initial position(in this experiment is 1.519mm),the vertical direction is almost larger than the horizontal flame propagation speed,and with the increase of ignition energy,the difference of velocity is bigger.With the increase of ignition energy,there is no obvious change in the flame propagation velocity with the addition of CO2.It is concluded that the ignition energy has not obvious effect on the CO2’s suppression effect.
