Petrochemical industry is one of the leading industry of the national economy,and also an important source of poisonous and harmful pollutants and the important place of occupational health hazards.The benzene series compounds have a strong volatilization,The world health organization has established benzene as a strong carcinogen.Benzene content mainly exists in crude oil and oil products,it can easily released into the environment in the production process of petrochemical enterprise,the enterprise internal staff occupational exposure is an important way for the damage by benzene series.Ethylene project and supporting facilities in Daqing petrochemical enterprise as the research object,Using fixed-point sampling and sampling method,respectively,benzene concentration-short term exposure limit and concentration-time weighted average of employees in different positions were analyzed in the air of production equipment and auxiliary facilities.According to the monitoring result,different post staff occupational exposure levels were analyzed using EPA health risk assessment was used to analyze the occupational benzene human health risk,and corresponding protective measures were putted forward.Results of the pollution sources monitoring show that benzene,toluene,xylene short time contact concentration and time weighted average concentration are less than the workplace harmful factors in the occupational exposure limit(GBZ2.1-2007).In three kinds of benzene series compounds,the xylene concentration is generally higher than the concentration of toluene,toluene concentration is slightly higher than the concentration of benzene concentration.The highest benzene short time contact concentration occurred in the sewage treatment plant in all studied production equipment and ancillary facilities.The highest concentration of benzene and toluene occurred in the flotation tank,the values were 8.72±0.27 mg/m~3and3.26±0.23 mg/m~3,the highest concentration of xylene appeared in the scum pool pump,its value is6.56±0.35 mg/m~3.In different post worker,benzene series time weighted average concentration matter time weighted average concentration of aromatics inspection work was highest.Exposure levels analysis results show that both men and women workers,occupational exposure dose of benzene series decreased with age,showing that the average level of exposure was reduced by 0.01 mg/kg·D every 10 years.Male worker exposure levels of benzene was obviously higher than that of female worker.Take the25 year old adult male and female employees for example,the benzene exposure dose range of male workers in different positions was 0.0261~0.0389 mg/kg·D,while the benzene exposure dose range female workers was 0.0187~0.0279 mg/kg·D.Health riskresearch results show that benzene overall health risks are relatively high becaused of the influence of benzene cancer risk,the order of magnitude between 10-4~10-3,significantly higher than the adult acceptable risk levels in the world.Especially in the separation tank inspection station,its health risk value(6.38×10-4)reaches the highest.According to the results of health risk assessment,the corresponding protection and prevention measures were put forward for the obvious benzene emissionsfacilities in the sewage treatment process.The results of this study can provide a basic data support for the system management of benzene unorganized emissions and occupation health evaluation system of Chinese.The proposed improved production process will control the benzene emissions,improve the working environment,and it has important theoretical and practical significance for the protection of the atmospheric environment and human health. |
