The winter temperature is low in northern China,and the urban sewage treatment process is faced with the problem of whether it can adapt to the lower water temperature.In recent years,the water environmental pollution in the northern region has received the attention of the national government.There is a certain gap between our country and foreign countries in the problem of urban sewage treatment,which requires more investment in economic,practical and energy efficient sewage treatment technology and optimization and improvement of technology in our country.The removal effect of organic matter at different temperatures was studied in a small scale SBR reactor.The effects of the operation parameters,cycle and drainage ratio of plastic and sponge fillers on the treatment efficiency were studied.Finally,the treatment effect of the two fillers was compared.Based on the preferred sponge filler,the sponge filler with different volumes was added to the pilot reactor.The COD removal rate of the pilot reactor was improved with the increase of the mixing ratio of the filler.The SBR pilot reactor had better removal efficiency and stability.After the optimal feeding proportion of the filler was determined,the effect of different aeration time,operation period and drainage ratio on the effluent effect was studied.Finally,the problems existed before the transformation of the production pool were analyzed.According to the conclusions of the small scale test and the pilot test,the optimization scheme and the economic analysis were put forward for the different influent load of the production pool.By analyzing the indexes of effluent from the improved production pool,the removal efficiency of COD、NH3-N was improved after the production pool was covered with heat preservation workshop.The effluent COD concentration was 48.6 mg / L,the effluent NH3-N concentration was 2.3 ~ 4.6 mg / L,and the effluent total nitrogen concentration was 8.7 mg / L ~ 12.4 mg / L.The optimized reconstruction project provides an important reference for the poor effect of winter sewage treatment in the northern region.
