In recent years,with the prosperous construction of Eco-industrial park,but also caused the city development and ecological protection of water resources conflicts,the construction of industrial park of serious damaged wetland resources,contributed to the extreme of urban waterlogging coexist with the shortage of water resources at the same time.As an international port in the south scenery in Xiamen city,in its habitat types rich at the same time,convenient geographical conditions also contributed to a large number of industrial aggregation,development intensity big,caused huge impact on the ecological.The contradiction between land development and wetland conservation is becoming more and more acute.To this end,we need to be done in the ecological industrial park,the function of the wetland park,its core is through the protection and reconstruction of wetland system and function integration design of urban planning model,the freshwater resources all return to ecological.To realize the coordinated development of economic and environmental benefits of the park,the construction of human settlements and the harmonious development of wetland protection.This paper use the concept of functional wetland to explore the construction of wetland function in Xiamen eco-industrial Park.Taking Xiang 'an torch park as an example,the wetland ecological structure is restored,and the wetland structure is integrated with the structure of the park,so as to solve the problem of water ecological imbalance in the region.The research process is as follows:(1)Summarize relevant theories and practices,and analyze the feasibility of the construction of functional wetlands in eco-industrial parks from the perspectives of theory,economic and technical indicators,technology and economy.(2)The basic situation of the research,and analyzing the runoff of the torch through ArcGIS software park,the genes of wetland runoff catchment with existing and original integration,build park wetland network level,then to the structure as aplanning structure of wetland park planning and layout,and to explore the capacity requirements of wetlands.(3)The classification of the secondary wetland network in the subdivided watershed was conducted on the basis of the first level wetland structure.To solve the problem of water resource imbalance in subdivision watershed through the secondary wetland network.(4)After that,the functional requirements in the segmentation block are combined with the secondary wetland network to make a reasonable spatial layout.Combined with the functional requirements of the park and the integrated design of wetland.(5)Through the xiang 'an torch wetland park function before and after the intervention scheme comparison,in order to reflect the building function of wetlands can ensure high strength development and improve the regional wetland structure and redress the imbalance in regional water resources.Through the construction of the function wetland of Xiang 'an torch garden,the construction method and capacity requirement of functional wetland in the ecological industrial park of Xiamen will be provided.
