Water resources have been an important strategic resource for the rapid socio-economic development.60%of the natural wetlands in the world are in decline, and wetland degradation has become one of the eight major ecological crisis. With the rapid development of the information society, the data rise as an important resource, and the landscape industry has gradually introduced more accurate quantitative analysis to guide the planning and design.Under this background, the Hnashiqiao wetland in Beijing was been selected as the research object.Through the platform of GIS SRTM N40 E116 data blocks for hydrological analysis, division of basin and sub basin, calculate the wetland area to collect, the average annual precipitation, the weight calculation of surface runoff coefficient, calculate the wetland water resources for years. The results showed that under ideal conditions, every year to get water for the 717.174 m3,the evaporation of up to 2959.2 m3,and the flood water was accounted for 76.59%,flooded the transition period is undefined, the core site to ensure its safety,a total water spatial distribution and poor.Through the LBS data acquisition platform of High German index, found the spring park site covers an area of 1500-3000 square meters per capita period, the usage condition is terrible.Based on the results of field data analysis, dynamic water management is adopted to regulate the water resources during dry season,to purify rainwater,to regenerate water and to provide water for external diversion. After the design of the wetland park to enhance the utilization of water resources, improve flood inundation, improve the use of the site,is to meet the needs of ecological protection, recreation, science and education needs of a planning and design.
