It is one of the important factors to ensure the safe production of coal mines that the normal use of full-mechanized mining faces can be used normally.It is of great engineering value to carry out research on the failure mechanism of the full-mechanized coal mining face and the repairing technology.This paper takes the relocation section of 40203 fully mechanized mining face in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background,and analyzes and analyzes it through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site measurement.The main conclusions include:(1)Analyze the damage characteristics and main influencing factors after the completion of driving and excavation in the recovery section of Xiaozhuang Coal Mine 40203 fully mechanized mining face.After the completion of the excavation and support of the 40203 full-mechanized face,the smooth surface of the roof of the Yunshun repair section was separated from the layer,bent down and broken layer by layer;the left and right gangs appeared to have a large convergence,which was prone to slip and shear.Cut damage;floor picking is more serious and affects normal construction.The study shows that the main reasons for the destruction of the 40203 fully mechanized mining face along the transport rework section after the completion of the excavation are the influence of factors such as geological structure,near-mechanized mining face goaf,mining and groundwater.(2)Analyze the deficiency of the initial support parameters of the 40203 full-mechanized mining transport return repair section.Based on the theory of maximum horizontal stress,through the measures such as increasing the length of anchor rods and anchor cables,a combined repair and maintenance program for the rework repair section of the 40203 fully mechanized mining face was given.(3)Using the FLAC simulation method to analyze the surrounding rock deformation mechanism under the two supporting conditions of the original supporting parameters and the repairing combined supporting parameters of the 40203 fully mechanized mining face,the two kinds of supporting parameters were obtained.The Failure Characteristics of Surrounding Rocks in the Backward Repairing Segment of 40203 Fully-mechanized Mining Face.The simulation results of FLAC show that the design parameters of the 40203 fully mechanized mining face rework and repair section are reasonable.(4)The construction of the repair joint support scheme for the 40203 fully mechanized mining face rework and repair section and the on-site monitoring of the surrounding rock deformation law were completed.The engineering practice shows that the support effect of the rework section meets the safety production requirements. |
