With the development of social civilization and the scientization of management,the"hot violence" in workplace has been controlled and reduced.However,a lot of "cold violence" management behavior has emerged,which is more serious in lower management of coal mines.Although some coal mine managers think that cold violence management can urge miners to input themselves better into work and enable miners to accomplish their tasks more efficiently.However,these managers do not take into account that the cold violence management will cause serious psychological harm to the miners,so that the miners will have serious work withdrawal behavior,which is not conducive to the development of the company.Therefore,exploring the influence mechanism of abusive management on the work withdrawal behavior of coal miners is of great practical significance for coal mine management.Taking the work engagement as an intermediary variable,the core self evaluation as an adjustment variable to further explore how abusive management makes coal miners produce work withdrawal.The empirical studies have found that abusive supervision has a positive impact on the coal miners’ work withdrawal behavior,that is,the more serious the abusive supervision is,the more serious the coal miners’ work withdrawal behavior is.In particular,abusive supervision also has an impact on the coal miners’ work withdrawal behavior through the miners’ work engagement.Abusive supervision has a negative impact on the miners’ work engagement,and it also affects the work withdrawal behavior of miners.Abusive supervision has a negative impact on three dimensions of work engagement:vitality,dedication,and concentration.Work engagement has a negative impact on the two dimensions of the work withdrawal:behavior withdrawal and psychological withdrawal.Core self-evaluation moderates the relationship between abusive supervision and work engagement.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward management suggestions for coal mining enterprises from three aspects of enterprises,managers and miners.For enterprises,coal mining enterprises should pay more attention to the problems of abusive supervision in enterprises,strengthen the education and training of managers,set up the corresponding punishment system and the reasonable promotion system,establish the information feedback mechanism.For managers,managers should strengthen their own learning and improve their own quality,evaluate miners’ core self evaluation and identify low core self-evaluation miners,create a relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere.For the miners,when they are subjected to abusive supervision,they can talk to their workers or family members;seek help from the psychological consulting department of the enterprise;relieve their emotions by exercise.
