With the exploitation of low-sulfur coal seams,gushing and disaster accidents caused by the abnormal enrichment of hydrogen sulfide gas continue to occur,which seriously threatens the safety of coal mines.Taking the 4#coal seam in Binchang Xiaozhuang coal mines of Shaanxi as the research object,the three aspects of the hydrogen sulfide chemical genetic types,the control characteristics of the hydrogen sulfide occupancies,and the control measures were studied.(1)Based on the chemical genetic mechanism of hydrogen sulfide,through the analysis of geological data,mineral composition,form of sulfur and coal thermal evolution temperature and other research content,the results show that the 4#coal seam provides necessary raw materials and temperature environment for hydrogen sulfide generation,the maximum thermal evolution temperature in the coal-forming stage is between 96℃ and 113℃,which is generally less than 120℃.The chermical type of hydrogen sulfide in the Xiaozhuang mine is the biogenic sulfate reduction genesis(BSR).(2)By analyzing the micro-characteristics,total sulfur content,hydrodynamic characteristics,sedimentary environment,and buried depth of the coal,it is concluded that the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the coal seam has a positive correlation with the adsorption performance,total sulfur content,and buried depth.The reducibility index of the 4#coal seam and the hydrodynamic parameters are moderately reducible,which indicates that the possibility of occurrence of BSR in the coal seam in this area is relatively high.Finally,the order of the generalized grey correlation degree affecting the abnormal enrichment of hydrogen sulfide in the 4#coal seam of Xiaozhuang coal mines is obtained:reducibility index>total sulfur content>adsorption constant>thermal evolution temperature>BET specific surface area>buried depth.(3)Based on the situation of hydrogen sulfide emission from 4#coal seam of Xiaozhuang coal mines,on the basis of general treatment measures,the combination of lime spraying,lye spraying,and high-pressure cyclic pulsing and injection of alkali was selected to use the 40202 working face as a test point.With stepwise partitioning,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide has been significantly reduced,and the treatment effect is good.The research in this paper provides a certain experimental data basis and site basis for the accurate identification and treatment of hydrogen sulfide hazards in Binchang Xiaozhuang coal mines.It has theoretical significance for the accurate management of hydrogen sulfide in coal mines and the safe and efficient mining of coal.
