316L austenitic stainless steel is a kind of material with excellent comprehensive deformability,which is often used to make various types of head products.It is difficult to control the local thinning defects in the heat affected zone of the welded joint of the forming head after the manufacturing of the traditional large welding head.Based on strain hardening theory,a new technology of pre-strain strengthening for welding heat affected zone was put forward.The process was studied by combining finite element simulation with large head forming test.The model of standard tensile model was established by MARC finite element simulation software,and the local rolling pre-hardening uniaxial drawing process of tailor welded joint was analyzed by integrated finite element method.The standard tensile welding complete specimens of welded joints of local hardening rolling pretreatment under different reduction,followed by uniaxial tension simulation of local rolling pre-hardened specimen,analysis of local rolling pre hardening stress field and the influence of thickness distribution of temperature field and stress.Using TWBs local rolling pre tensile strain hardening simulated law for large assembling seal welding container forming technology,finite element simulation of integrated welding,rolling and drawing local hardening,temperature field analysis,after forming the head of the stress strain and thickness distribution were studied,to determine the large spell seal welding container forming process parameters.The pre hardening process parameters with finite element simulation of the local rolling forming test,welding head together,and observe the metallographic structure and hardness test on the joint near the area,the basic realization of heat affected zone joint homogenization,deformation and grain size of parent material organization quite basic,and did not appear without local rolling prehardening the drawing head grain in the heat affected zone of the slenderness ratio,elongated phenomenon,and the forming of welded head joints hardness distribution basically uniform.
