| In the principle of "reduction,reuse and harmlessness" of hazardous wastes disposal,the reduction disposal method is mainly based on the high temperature incineration technology of rotary kiln incinerator.The operating cycle of the rotary kiln is mainly based on the life of refractory bricks,and the service life of refractory bricks was from 3 months to 24 months according to the different domestic hazardous waste disposal units,and it had big difference.This article that is based on the actual operation of rotary kiln bricks in the hazardous waste disposal demonstration center of Guangdong Province in the last five years,with reference to other domestic and foreign rotary kiln operation,has been studied in 5 aspects:(1)Studied on the corrosion resistance,the slag sample by random selection were carried out with high alumina brick containing chromium,high alumina brick and clay brick at 850 degrees centigrade.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of high alumina brick containing chromium was more than high alumina brick,and more than clay brick.(2)The construction technology of masonry was optimized,the qualified refractory bricks were selected,the wet lining and the mixing method were adopted,and the expansion joints were reserved in the process of masonry.It can effectively avoid the fracture and erosion of refractory bricks.(3)Optimized the method of kiln skin: find out the material formula,optimize the temperature,time and thickness of the kiln skin,and add the infrared thermal imaging system to assist the kiln skin to effectively protect the refractory brick and reduce the thinning rate.(4)Optimized the design of the waste liquid spray gun.The comprehensive factors such as atomization cone angle,atomization particle size,uniformity around spray field and velocity distribution were studied.The original waste liquid spray gun was improved to reduce the thinning rate of refractory brick.(5)research on the characteristics of hazardous waste: the corrosion test of refractory bricks by adding different concentration of alkali metals(K,Na)to the refractory bricks was carried out.The results showed that the alkali metal can reduce the erosion of the refractory brick obviously,especially the K metal.The daily compatibility production should be controlled below 3%,especially not exceeding 5%,which can reduce the erosion reduction effect on the refractory brick of the rotary kiln.Through optimizing and studying the 5 aspects,in the hazardous waste disposal center of Guangdong Province,the overall refractory brick thinning rate decreased to 10%,the continuous and complete operational period was increasing to 15 months.The results of this study can provide reference for the selection and daily operation of refractory bricks in rotary kiln.To a certain extent,it can reduce the failure rate of the enterprises,and provide some reference value for reducing the operation cost of enterprises. |
