| In order to solve the crisis of zinc metal resources,zinc waste resources are used as the main raw materials for zinc smelting.Zinc powder is known as the"rice"of modern industry,the"food"of zinc mining industry,and the cornerstone material of new material industry.There are mainly fire and wet methods to recycle zinc solid waste,among which the rotary kiln method has the advantages of mature technology,low cost and good collaborative treatment effect of pollutants,and is widely used in the treatment of solid waste containing zinc solid dust.However,the application of this method to the treatment of zinc-containing solid waste with d ust and smoke in the air pollution has a certain practical significance for the study of air pollutant emission during its production and operation.The object of this study is the technical transformation of rotary kiln based on drying kiln project of a renewable resources Co.,LTD.During the experiment,through certain investigation,prediction and other means,the influence of major air pollutants discharged during the project construction stage and project operation stage on the surrounding environmental quality was studied and judged.In this study,the AERMOD model was used to simulate the pollutant emission concentration of grid points and environmental sensitive points within the predicted range of the project.Based on the analysis of the project process and local hydrogeological conditions,the diffusion behavior of various pollutants discharged in the production is analyzed to determine whether the pollution indicators meet the environmental protection standards.The specific practical process includes the analysis of the process flow and pollution producing nodes of the existing engineering and specific technical transformation projects,the collection and collation of the data of the local hydrogeology mainly including air temperature and wind direction,the prediction of the impact of the atmospheric environment,the feasibility study of pollutant prevention and control measures,and so on.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Simulation results of AERMOD model show that:After the operation of the project,the guarantee rates of PM10,SO2,NOX at the sensitive points and the grid maximum average daily and average annual superimposed maximum concentration do not exceed the standard;the guarantee rates of zinc and its compounds,lead and its compounds at the sensitive points and the grid maximum concentration do not exceed the standard;meanwhile,the analysis shows that the project does not need to set the atmospheric protection distance. |
