CThe aim of this project is to realize the industrialization of IR to prepare IRL.firstly,evaluating the process stability,production efficiency and product quality of the existing two-kettle batch process from the view of industrialization;and then making the improvement of semi-continuous process for two-kettle batch process,investigating the influencing factors of semi-continuous process and determining the optimum production conditions;designing and running the pilot production line based on small-scale semi-continuous process,adjusting the process and obtain high quality IRL products.Isoamyl latex was prepared from dilute soil isoprene rubber by emulsification,solvent removal and concentration.The stability and repeatability of each process were investigated from the point of view of industrialization.The mechanical stability,solid content and residual solvent of the final isopentyl latex were tested.The experimental results show that the existing two-pot batch process can produce isopentyl latex,in which the emulsification and concentration processes are mature and stable,and can be used in industrial production,but the process parameters of the solvent removal process are not controllable.The solvent removal process takes 12 hours,the gel loss is 20%,there is a large amount of foam,and the temperature of the whole process is very high.The degree of vacuum can not be automatically adjusted according to the reaction conditions,and the instability of solvent removal directly affects the quality of the product,and the quality of the product changes greatly with the batch,so it is impossible to control the quality of the product.At the same time,the final product in mechanical stability,shelf life and other aspects of poor performance.Two-vessel batch solvent removal process can not be used in industrial production.In this paper,the semi-continuous process of de-solvent is realized by continuous-pressure distillation and intermittent vacuum distillation.The results show that the loss of gel can be reduced to 5.5% at 72?and 6-8h at atmospheric distillation temperature,which is basically free of foam.The reduced pressure distillation temperature is 70?,the maximum vacuum degree is 0.04 MPa,almost no foam and gel loss,and the dilute emulsion after removal of the solvent is almost free of solvent residue.The mechanical stability,solid content and film-forming properties of the products reached or even exceeded that of Kraton IR401 products.Material balance,pilot process design and pilot-scale equipment operation are carried out for semi-continuous process parameters and processes.the results show that the three-kettle semi-continuous method can realize the industrial production of isoamyl latex,the production process is stable and the comprehensive evaluation of the product is better.
