Buzhaoba Open Pit To Improve Stripping Semi-continuous Production Capacity

Assessment of open pit production capacity is an extremely complex, diverse problems, the production process selection and the actual data of production is critical for it. The Buzhaoba open pit of Xiaolongtan Mining Administration has not reach design capacity after the pit stripping technology system put into operation. In this paper, the distribution of front semi-continuous process materials,load transport,crushing station layout,transport of materials,dumping sites are mainly analyzed and researched based on the actual situation of Buzhaoba open pit and the expansion plan of five semi-continuous phase, obtained results of the following areas:1.The core objectives of this paper is to minimize investment,optimize the process,add more dump space, and improve the system capacity, reduce production costs, based on renovating the existing process and make full use of the equipment.2.By researching, the best layout of the work of crushing station level have been determined and material handling costs have been reduced. The capacity of the crushing station can be increased by increasing the number of matching trucks, strengthening organization and management of production scheduling and realization of the two discharge units can be alternately feeding position.3.The initial location of dump Transfer Station and mode of development projects have been determined based on the planning, the layout of semi-continuous transport system have been optimize, significantly improve system reliability, simplifies production processes and improve productivity and production efficiency of the system.4.Based on the research result of process and parameters of Longqiao Dump dumping, we propose that using loader and dumping machine can increase the services range of face conveyor and the cycle of dumping lines to set up, reduce the frequency shift set to improve production time and productivity programs.5.The first set with a new combination of semi-continuous process system (car-crushing machine-belt Conveyor-dump machines (+car)) of china used in Buzhaoba open pit coal mine have to be proved appropriate and have obvious economic benefits by estimating the cost and production capacity of the semi-continuous process system.
