The heating system is the key component of the filter rod forming unit to meet the technical index.The heating control performance has great influence on the quality score of the forming filter rod and so on.The inaccurate heating control will lead to all kinds of shutdown failures.The new filter rod is an important direction in the development of the tobacco industry.After adding various modules on the filter rod forming unit to produce the new filter rod,the original heating control system fails to meet the production requirements.Therefore,the overall system analysis of the heating system and the upgrading and upgrading of the heating control system for the KDF2 of the special-shaped filter rod forming unit are of great significance.This paper studies the heating system on the forming unit related to the special-shaped filter rod,including the research and analysis of all the heating systems,such as the particle bar unit,the groove filter rod set,the white base rod unit and so on.The problems in the system are demonstrated,the control principle is expounded,and the improved methods and solutions are put forward.Carry out the design,implementation and results summary of the new system.The following three parts are included:The working principle of the system is analyzed,the temperature of the plasticizer water tank is defined as the control object,the mathematical model of the control object is established,and the PID control is determined and proved,and finally the transformation of the control scheme is realized.The groove module system is to analyze the groove roll as the control object and establish a mathematical model.From the working principle and actual production experience,the defects of the original control algorithm are analyzed.Expert control is added to improve the original algorithm,and the improved control scheme is reformed.Forming machine heating system: analysis of the principle of PLC thermal control system and bimetallic temperature controller respectively.By demonstrating the preheating module as the control object,the PID control algorithm is determined and proved,the reform scheme is designed,and the PID parameters are determined through the industrial process setting method.In the last part of the paper,the quality index data such as quality score,hardness,roundness,circle statistics,and the data of failure stop information are analyzed and analyzed.Through the comparison of the experimental data and the verification of the test number,the effectiveness of the modification scheme of the glycerol atomization system,the transformation scheme of the groove module system and the reforming scheme of the heating system of the molding machine are confirmed respectively,which confirms the effectiveness of the research and improvement of the whole new type of filter rod forming machine heating control system.
