With the development of science and technology,the demand for micro-mechanics in the fields of aerospace,military,and medical care is increasing,and this demand has spawned microfabrication technology.Today,micro-fabrication technology has developed into a new technology involving traditional processing methods and non-traditional processing methods,and the application range of its products is becoming wider and wider.This topic takes the IMAC400-based micro-cutting numerical control system as the research object,at the same time carries out hardware selection and structural design of micro-cutting machine tools,software development of numerical control systems,machining motion simulation and automatic programming of micro-cutting,optimization of machine tool operation parameters.Compensation of error and other work.Firstly,according to the characteristics of micro-machining of micro-cutting machine tools,the hardware of the micro-cutting CNC system such as controllers and drivers was selected.The working principles and performances of various hardware were introduced in detail,then the electronic control system of the machine tool was built.A set of numerical control system was developed by using Qt 4.8,and the structure's gradation of the numerical control system was described.The user interface and its corresponding functions were introduced concretely,and the use methods and functions of several functions were introduced.The NC code highlighting,zero return strategy and G code decoding process are deeply described.Secondly,for the complex features of the programming logic of the NC program of the micro-cutting CNC system,a software with NC program motion simulation function and automatic programming function of NC program was developed.Then,considering the features of structure of the NC program and the machining process of the machine tool,illustrated the data storage method of simulation and automatic programming and the specific flow of its function.at last achieved the functions of motion simulation and automatic programming of NC programs.Finally,aiming at some problems in the process of running,a method of parameter optimization for related hardware is proposed.According to the relevant requirements of the numerical control system to the dynamic response characteristics of the machine tool,the process of debugging the PID parameters of the machine tool is introduced.In order to meet the requirements of CNC system for machining accuracy,the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the machine tool were measured,and the positioning accuracy of the machine tool was compensated according to the measurement results.In order to meet the requirements of size and quality of the finished product,the effect of cutting parameters such as tool tip shape,pad material,and cutting speed on the cutting effect during the fine cutting was tested.According to the structural characteristics of the machine tool,this article also introduced an effective tool setting method to find the zero point of the workpiece coordinate system.Finally,in order to verify the specific performance of the machine tool,a series of machining experiments were performed by using the microcutting numerical control system.The processed workpieces were measured by using a high-resolution industrial microscope.The measurement results showed that some of the cut workpieces can meet the accuracy requirements.Therefore,the numerical control system meet the design requirements.
