The global climate change caused by anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions has become a hot spot in the world,especially in China.As a high-energy industry,building has brought great challenges to the environment.Because of the concentration of carbon emission and the large amount of carbon emission,it becomes the focus of carbon emission research in the life cycle of building.The purpose of this study is to quickly calculate and predict the carbon emissions in the building scheme design stage and the construction drawing stage through the study of the building materials,the building structure accounting methods and the corresponding accounting methods.First of all,through the background cognitive investigation,the domestic and foreign research present situation analysis,this paper has made the structured summary to the carbon emission research and the application of the building stage and the carbon emission accounting method correlation research.In this paper,we conclude that the current research has some problems,such as the accounting method is not simple and time-consuming and laborious,and so on.The purpose of this paper is put forward in view of the shortcomings of complex process calculation and error-prone in the present research.In this paper,a convenient carbon emission accounting method is found in the stage of project design and construction drawing of the building.The purpose of the study is to compare the accuracy and feasibility of different accounting methods.The amount of building materials and its related carbon emissions in building construction stage are studied.The calculation method of carbon emission based on "building structure" and the comparative analysis of different accounting methods in case studies are taken as the research contents.The technical route of rapid quantification of carbon emission in the stage of project design and construction drawing is put forward.Secondly,the amount of building materials and its related carbon emissions were studied.Based on process-based inventory analysis,191 actual engineering projects(129 residential buildings,41 office buildings,21 commercial buildings)were studied.The carbon emissions of building materials in embodied stage are calculated and the rules of carbon emission in physical and chemical stages are found.To determine the proportion of more than 99% building materials(steel,commercial concrete,wall materials,mortar,copper conductor cable,building ceramics,PVC pipes,thermal insulation materials,doors and windows and waterborne coatings)as the most important carbon emissions building materials.In the stage of building construction drawing,the carbon emission of the ten main building materials can be predicted by statistics,and the guidance is provided for the rational selection of low carbon building materials and optimization design.Thirdly,the carbon emission calculation of building structure in building construction stage is studied.Firstly,a set of coding system is constructed,and then the carbon emission factors such as raw materials,building materials and mechanical machine-team are calculated.On this basis,the carbon footprint factor database of the building structure is established.Finally,based on the previous work,the calculation of carbon emission based on the building structure as the "basic unit" is established,which can predict the carbon emission of the building scheme in real time in the design stage.Finally,aiming at the actual cases of residential,office and commercial buildings,the carbon emissions of construction drawing stage and scheme design stage are calculated by using the method of inventory analysis,the proportion method of building materials and the method of building structure,respectively.A series of comparative discussions are made on the results,the error between each accounting method is obtained,the feasibility and accuracy of the accounting method proposed above are tested,and the characteristics and applicable scope of each accounting method are summarized.In order to select the corresponding accounting methods in different stages of the building to quantitatively predict carbon emissions with different accuracy requirements.
