Slurry water system is one of the most important production systems in coal preparation plants,and it is also a key link to restrict production,and it is also a bottleneck limiting the expansion of washing capacity.The slime water system's treatment capacity limits the total washing rate,and the slime products produced by the system have large moisture and ash content and affect the overall heat generation of commercial coal.Reducing the production of slime or improving the treatment efficiency of the slime water system has become the most important issue in the coal preparation industry.Studying the reduction of slime and improving the efficiency of slime treatment can reduce production costs and increase the profit of coal preparation plants.In this project,taking the coal slurry system of Baode Coal Preparation Plant as an example,the coal slime reduction and the improvement of the treatment efficiency of the slime water system are the main lines,and on the basis of in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the original slime and the properties of the secondary slime,the coal is studied.Sludge reduction,slime water process,pharmacy system,slime dewatering equipment efficiency and other issues.The size and density composition of the raw coal and the raw coal slime are grasped through the screening floatation test,and the properties of the original slime are analyzed;the degree of mudification and the secondary slime yield are determined through the drum puddle test,and the analysis of mudification is performed on the subsequent slime water system.Influence;Through element analysis,understand the mineral composition in the slime,lay the foundation for the determination of the pharmaceutical system;In-depth study of slime reduction,including three aspects,to reduce the amount of raw coal into the system,reduce the process of washing The amount of secondary slime produced in the process reduces the cyclic accumulation of ultra-fine slime particles;the small-scale screening test on the input of the concentrated pool is carried out,and based on the properties of the coal slurry,the ratio of polyacrylamide and polyaluminum chloride is tested for the proportion of the agent.Establish an optimized pharmaceutical system;optimize the process of slime water,reduce the number of pumping,reduce the soaking time of coal slime,and increase the efficiency of slime discharge;through the combination of sieve sedimentation centrifuge and frame filter press,pressure filter Deal with research to improve the treatment capacity of the slime water treatment system.The coal quality analysis of raw coal shows that the primary coal slime content reaches 6.46%,and the next-generation slime yield reaches 5.06%.Elemental analysis shows that the mineral composition in the0.5 mm grain size is mainly kaolinite,quartz,muscovite,montmorillonite and so on.Reduce the lower limit of the lump coal system's washing,and achieve that the 10-13mm raw coal enters the lump coal system for washing,reducing the secondary sludge yield by 2.58%.The drug ratio test was conducted and the best pharmaceutical system was obtained.The process flow was changed to add a gangue mud effluent device,and 2.4 tons of high-ash mud mud was discharged every hour.The short process reformation of the magnetic separator tailings reduces the secondary slime 0.03%.Screen sedimentation centrifuge secondary dosing process flow,the main filtrate solids content decreased from 247.8g/L to 149.5g/L,0.045mm extremely fine material content decreased from 231.13g/L to 143.58g/L.Coarse slime combined treatment process improves fine coal slime treatment capacity.The original secondary dosing process and the thick slime combined treatment process effectively ensure the stability of the coal slurry system and ensure the quality of commercial coal.
