| As the replacement of conventional natural gas transportation, the hydrate slurry transportation technology based on risk control theory study has given rise to extensive research, but the research is still at the initial stage and has not a comprehensive study of the theoretical basis and findings. The key of hydrate slurry safe delivery technologies is hydrate slurry flow characteristics, the study of hydrate slurry parameters distribution in flow field and particle deposition characteristics at low flow rates can provide some reasonable basis for the safe transportation. The Euler model for the hydrate slurry pipe flow has established based on the particle dynamics. On the basis of determining factors and correctness of the model, slurry flow characteristics and the flow parameters distribution in the flow field is obtained under transporting velocity is greater than the critical settling velocity conditions. The results show that: when the slurry flows through the elbow bent, the velocity, particle concentration, turbulent kinetic energy, turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate and other parameters are redistributed; The equivalent drop gradient of elbow bent is calculated by the equivalent length method, the conversion results are consistent with literature values. Finally for the study of the deposition process and the deposition characteristics of the hydrate particles at low flow rates, the particle deposition flow model has established in pipelines. The results reveal that: the model results, numerical results are in good agreement with literature values; the thickness of sedimentary beds orthogonal test show that the slurry delivery speed has a significant influence on the thickness of sedimentary bed. The analysis of particle volume concentration, the diameter of the pipe, wall condition and hydrate slurry flow rates show the bed thickness variation degrees are different. |
