With the gradual expansion in the field of rubber use,the adhesion application of rubber and various materials has become more and more extensive.The surface roughness is an important factor affecting the adhesion,so it is necessary to polish the surface when the rubber is bonded.Due to the particularity of the rubber material,and the need of different shapes in different application conditions,most of rubber surface is artificially polished,then the production efficiency is low,therefore,it is urgent to achieve automation grind in rubber.According to the needs of the factory,a device has been designed to automatic polish the shaped rubber sheath surface in this research.The subject research completed the following works:(1)According to the roughness requirements of the shaped rubber sheath shape,the overall structure of the automatic grinding device was designed,including mechanical structural design and electrical structural design.In the mechanical structural design,the shape and size of the grinding wheel were analyzed and designed.(2)For the design of device structure,the main parameters affecting the realization of the target were proposed,and there was module decomposition of the structure.The analysis of stress and the establishment of the balanced equation are performed for each module,the equal relationship among the main parameters that affecting the realization of the goal was found,the range of each parameter value in stable grinding was calculated.(3)The electrical connection between the grinding controller and the servo motor driver in the single-channel grinding control system was designed,the control flow was analyzed,the control strategy close to the process was studied,and finally the deviation coupling control strategy was selected to control the entire system to reduce the fluctuation error of the grinding process.(4)Based on the circuit design and the selection of the aforementioned control strategy,the control of the motor by STM32 was implemented using Keil software programming,and the control parameter interface display was completed using VS2010.(5)A simple experimental platform was set up to realize polished experimental verification for the experimental parameter value range.It was found that when the motor speed is around 150r/min,the rubber strip advance speed is 0.01m/s,and the pressure is around 80 N,the better grinding effect can be obtained.The comparison result shows that it saved 2-3 times in time,and achieved the preset target of system design.
