The methane explosion is a serious threat to the safe production and operation of coal and natural gas industries.Once the accident breaks out,it can cause a certain degree of negative social impact and harm the harmony and stability of the society.In order to effectively suppress the strength of methane explosion and reduce the disaster caused by the explosion,this paper improves the water mist on the basis of the water mist suppression method,adding NaCl and charge,and carrying out the experiment of inhibiting the methane explosion with NaCl charged water mist.The inhibition effect of this new type of water mist on methane explosion is analyzed,and the mechanism of its inhibitory effect is explored.The concentration of NaCl added to water mist is 5%,7.5%,10% and 12.5% respectively,and the charging voltage is 2,4,6 and 8 kV.The methane explosion experiments with NaCl fine water mist,different charge voltage fine water mist,4 different concentrations of NaCl and 4 different charge voltage fine water mist are carried out in 16 cases of methane explosion,and the methane explosion under the action of water mist and pure water mist is used as the control condition.Under the action of different types of fine water mist,the flame image,pressure and the change of flame velocity of methane explosion are compared,and the effect of NaCl charged water mist on methane explosion suppression is analyzed.Compared with the control experiment,the effect of NaCl and charged water mist on the flame image,overpressure and flame velocity of the methane explosion can be significantly inhibited,and the inhibition efficiency is further improved with the increase of the charge of droplets and the increase of the addition of NaCl.When the two effects are combined,the efficiency of explosion suppression is improved.When the water mist charge 8KV and the concentration of NaCl are 12.5%,the inhibition effect on methane explosion is the best.Compared with the non water mist,the peak value of the methane explosion overpressure drops by 26.367 Kpa,and the average pressure rise rate is only 0.208 KPa/ MS;compared with the pure water fog,the flame is the largest.The speed decreased by 10.747 m/s,and the largest decrease was 60.26%.The effect of NaCl fine water mist and charged fine water mist on the inhibition of methane explosion is compared with that of the two.It is found that the effect of the NaCl charged fine water mist is better than that of the NaCl fine water mist and the charged fine water mist.There is a coupling effect between the NaCl and the charge fine water mist.The mechanism of the inhibition of methane explosion with additive NaCl and charged water mist was analyzed,and it was found that the coupling effect was mainly reflected in the effect of two people to inhibit methane explosion.Through the improvement of water mist,this paper studies the inhibition of methane explosion with NaCl charged water mist.It is found that the NaCl bearing fine water mist has relatively high detonation suppression efficiency.It can provide ideas for methane explosion in the actual situation of water mist,in order to suppress the safety transport of mine gas explosion and pipeline natural gas.To provide better practical application results.It is instructive to enrich the theoretical system and practical application of water mist to suppress methane explosion.
