Coal mine gas explosion accidents occur frequently in our country,and pipeline gas drainage technology is an effective method to control gas.But the coal mine underground environment condition is more complex,but it is prone to gas explosion accident when the gas density is in the explosion limits.In order to reduce the harm of gas explosion,this paper designed the explosion experiment system to study the containing additive N2-twin fluid water mist suppress methane explosion,the experimental data of methane explosion suppression by nitrogen additive water mist were obtained,the regularity of explosion suppression is summarized and the mechanism of synergistic explosion suppression is discussed.The experimental research on improving the suppression efficiency improvement of water mist suppression technology,and promoting the reference application of containing additive N2-twin fluid water mist suppression in pipeline methane explosion.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the explosion flame,the flame velocity and the explosion pressure and the average pressure rise rate to analysis the effect of containing additive N2-twin fluid water mist on methane explosion.Comparison of explosion suppression efficiency of nitrogen,N2-twin fluid water mist and containing additive N2-twin fluid water mist by twin fluid nozzle,the study found that it had little effect on methane explosion when the nitrogen was spray into the pipeline by twin fluid spray nozzle.Comparison of nitrogen and N2-twin fluid water mist,the color of explosion flame changed obviously,explosion flame speed decreased,the explosion pressure and the average pressure rise rate were reduced in different degrees and descent range of temperature increased under the action of N2-containing additives twin fluid water mist with the same time.N2-containing additives fluid water mist can improve suppression efficiency.Different concentrations of methane should be taken into account when using explosion suppression technolog.Using different concentration of additive N2-twin fluid water mist to suppress methane explosion.The experimental results show that comparison of containing 2.5% NaCl N2-twin fluid water mist and containing 10% NaCl N2-twin fluid water mist,suppression efficiency to 9.5% methane-air of containing 2.5% NaCl N2-twin fluid water mist is better.with the same time.Comparison of containing 5% NaCl N2-twin fluid water mist,suppression efficiency to 8% and 12% methane-air of containing 10% NaCl N2-twin fluid water mist is better.with the same time.In order to improve the suppress efficiency of containing additives N2-twin fluid water mist,using different concentration of additive N2-twin fluid water mist to suppress 10% methane-air explosion in the experiment.The experimental results show that comparison of ontaining NaCl N2-ctwin fluid water mist and containing KCl N2-twin fluid water mist,suppression efficiency to 9.5% methane-air of containing NaOH N2-twin fluid water mist is better with the same time and the same additive concentration.
