Effects Of Fu Brick Tea On The Specific Changes Of Intestinal Microflora In Mice With Acute Ulcerative Colitis

In this study,C57BL/6 mice were induced by DSS as acute UC model,and different concentrations of Fu brick tea extraction were injected,then collecting timely of different periods of UC mouse feces.analysised The differential bands were analyzed by Polymerase Chain Reaction-Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis and the differential bands were subcloned.Experimental results show that:The effect of extraction of Fu brick tea on intestinal tissue repair in mice was obvious in the analysis of microbial diversity of feces.DSS was compared with the normal group,the number of microbial fecal microbial in DGGE map in each group was basically to the same.After DSS inducing,the intestinal microbial diversity and abundance of the model group and the experimental groups were changed,and the number of bands in the DGGE pattern of the UC mice was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).The number of bands in DGGE was decreased to a certain extent in all group with DSS-induced.The effect of Fu brick tea extraction on intestinal microflora repair in mice was obvious in the analysis of microbial kinds differences in feces.Analysising of the differences in fecal microbes at different stages in each group of mice were analyzed.After DSS induced,the number of corrupt bacteria increased and the pathogens were increased,such as Streptococcus,Desulfovibrionaceae bacterium,etc.,The amount of beneficial bacteria decreased,With different doses of Fu brick tea extraction after some time,UC mice fecal microbes increased of the bacillus,miniculaceae,Clostridium and other Clostridium-related microorganisms,Such as Lactobacillus johnsonii,Akkermansia muciniphila,and the like,which could regulate the balance of the intestinal environment.In conclusion,The doses of 150 mg / kg Fu brick tea extration could significantly repair the acute UC mice damages inducing by DSS,and this research provided a new theoretical basis for the further study of IBD pathogens.It also provides a new type of therapy for the treatment of IBD patients at a certain experimental basis.
