From July to October 2017,the nationwide production safety inspection carried out, indicating that the safety of production problem is serious.Without safe production, there will be no stable development and enterprise development,so enterprise security must be carried out simultaneously. The street as the smallest administrative region plays an important role in supervision of enterprise safety production. This paper uses the gray theory and cluster analysis to study the influence factors of enterprise security hidden trouble and efficiency of street. The data of the paper comes from the internship.According to actual meaning and statistical methods,EXCEL is used to pretreat the data and the current situation of enterprise security risks is analyzed. Then the correlation analysis of the influencing factors of the destruction amount of hidden danger is obtained. It is found that the correlation degree between the amount of hidden trouble discovery and the destruction amount is large. Finally, the GM(1,1)model is established by using the data of hidden risk in August 2016 to June 2017 to predict the next five months? forecast value. The model is tested by residual error and shows that the predicted result is meaningful. The paper also analyzes the supervision efficiency of the 20 streets in 8 indicators of enterprises' security risks. The paper makes factor reduction, and then the cluster analysis and k-means cluster analysis of 20 streets are analyzed.By reclassifying 20 streets according to the safety supervision data of enterprises, this paper breaks the traditional single street administrative division model, and has an important reference value to appraisal the safety supervision efficiency of each street.
