Laser processing is a new high-tech processing technology.Laser marking machine is an Opto-mechatronic equipment which combines laser,optical,control system,precision machinery and computer.Fiber laser marking machine marks permanent sign on the object's surface by using laser bean with high energy density.The technology is safe,environmental protection and low cost.However,with the improvement of the requirements of laser marking technology,the traditional laser marking machine has limited by the application way and it's volume is so large which makes it not easy to move.In order to solve that problem,a portable fiber laser marking system is designed and built in this paper.According to the design requirements,the experimental prototype has been built.The following are what we have done: Firstly,we choose the Q pulse fiber laser with wavelength of 1064 nm for the laser module and the principle of fiber laser are theoretically analyzed.Secondly,The way of software correction has been used to analyze the geometric distortion of scanning galvanometer.Finally,the function analysis of each module,the hardware arrangement of the control box have been carried out to ensure the function is complete and the structure of each part is independent during the mechanical design.Finally,completed the construction of the experiment prototype.In order to detect the marking effect of fiber laser marking system.Includes the following experiments were carried out.(1)The laser power was simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics software,The results of the experiment are similar with the simulation;(2)Laser colorful marking experiments on stainless steel surface.It can be concluded that: through changing laser power can mark color on stainless steel surface.Through the measure experiment,the marking effect of the portable optical fiber laser marking system has been verified.Combined with structure analysis and the experimental results show that machining area of the device becomen larger than traditional marking marking system and the simplified operations make it easy to process the heterogeneous work pieces.The goals of integration and portability was achieved and meeting the requirements.
