The size and concentration of particle influence the processing precision and living environment of industrial production.The measurement of particle size distribution and the measurement of particle concentration are key issues in the field of modern measurement applications.The least mean square algorithm has been used for the inversion and the initial value has been optimized by PT algorithm to analyze the characteristics of the independent pattern algorithm.Through the difference of particle size range retrieved by PT algorithm and Projection algorithm,the particle size range inversion and the application of the back stage inversion to the particle size distribution reconstruction have been proposed.The normal distribution function and lognormal distribution function has been used to verify the feasibility,and the causes of error has been analyzed in the case of noise interference.One dimensional smooth function has been introduced in the Chahine algorithm to improve the anti noise of the inverse particle size curve.The main factors affecting particle size distribution and the influence of equal interval division and equal geometry division on particle size distribution has been analyzed and compared.It has been concluded that the mode of equal interval division is smaller.The influence of the number of incident wavelengths on the particle size inversion and the error size,the incident light wave of 8 wavelengths can accurately and quickly retrieve the particle size distribution curve has been studied.The particle size measurement ranges of ultraviolet,ultraviolet visible and ultraviolet visible near infrared wavelengths have been studied by Chahine algorithm.The larger the range of incident light is,the larger the particle size range can be measured.Based on the Fraunhofer diffraction theory,the influence factors of particle concentration have been analyzed,and it is concluded that the concentration and extinction value of the particles increase with the increase of the average particle size.Reliable data for the selection of particle parameters can be provided in the future.
