Abstract/Summary:
The thickness measurement of domestic metallurgical grinding in production at the primary level,using artificial off-line measurement method,the measurement method has the disadvantage of low efficiency,high accuracy and time-consuming.Although some foreign testing instruments have been close to the level of automation,the price is quite expensive,domestic small and medium-sized enterprises can not accept.Therefore,in enterprise production,it is urgent to develop a non-contact on-line detection system with simple operation,high application,reasonable price and high measurement precision.Through the research and understanding of the measurement requirements of the thickness and uniformity of the metallurgical saw blade,the overall plan of the thickness on-line measuring system is determined.The non contact type variable dielectric capacitance sensor as thickness sensor,using finite element simulation software ANSYS and precise calculation and analysis to find a solution of capacitance sensor measures the edge effect and completed the mechanical structural design of the sensor;selecting operation type measurement circuit,the signal conditioning circuit is simulated by Multisim,to achieve optimal design parameters;data acquisition the system adopts the data acquisition card of NI company,and realize the development of measurement software in the Lab VIEW software development platform,the programming realizes data acquisition,system calibration,digital filtering,qualification test and Realization of remote monitoring and other functions.By software simulation and signal processing and analysis,various influencing factors that cause the measurement error are analyzed in detail,and corresponding solutions are put forward.This project has designed a capacitive sensor suitable for measuring in industrial environment,realized the optimization design of signal conditioning circuit and the development of measurement software,and completed the online detection system of metallurgical saw blade grinding thickness.The on-line measuring system platform is of great significance to the measurement of the grinding thickness of the metallurgical saw blade,which is non-contact,real-time and online.
