In recent years,the development of Chinese manufacturing industry is rapid,welding as the manufacturing industry "sewing machine" can be said to play an important role all the time.The development of manufacturing industry also puts forward higher and higher requirements for the performance of welding power supply,welding material and welding joint quality.Welding is a very complex technological process,and welding arc as an important physical phenomenon in the welding process,which also contains very rich information,so the detection of welding arc information is particularly important.It is of great significance for improving the quality of welding products and improving the performance of welding power source to obtain the information of welding arc by means of digital technology.In this paper,a set of data acquisition and analysis system suitable for arc welding process is developed by using virtual instrument and data acquisition card combined with high-speed camera,and the design idea of the system is introduced in detail,and the working principle and implementation method of the system are described in detail.The system designed the functional module of arc information in welding process.The system is divided into two parts:data acquisition module and data analysis module.The data acquisition module can realize the real-time acquisition and display of various arc information of welding voltage signal,current signal and high-speed camera droplet transition image signal,and realize the synchronous acquisition of information and information storage and call.The welding process can be monitored in real time and the unstable state of the welding process can be found.The data analysis module provides the analysis function with the data acquisition module,can realize the information playback and storage and a variety of ways of data processing means,the data analysis system also provides the basic analysis function for the electrical signal,Including voltage and current waveform drawing,voltage and current signal filtering,U-I curve analysis,voltage and current probability density curve analysis,short circuit transition arc breaking times and coefficient of variation statistics,power spectrum analysis,short-time Fourier transform and other functions.In view of the collected droplet transition image information,the video playback,interception,double speed playback and parameter adjustment can be carried out in PCC software.At the same time,the collected electrical signal can be combined with the droplet transition image to analyze the dynamic behavior of the droplet transition during the welding process,so as to judge the stability of the welding process and improve the welding quality.Through the process test,the arc welding parameter acquisition and analysis system designed in this paper is verified,and the relevant welding quality information parameters are obtained.By analyzing the information parameters collected by the system,it is found that the system can realize a variety of synchronous arc information collection at the same time,but also can effectively analyze the data,can reflect the stability of the welding process through the analysis results of the system,at the same time,the development of the system is of great significance for improving production efficiency and improving welding quality.
