The geotectonic location of the Hongling molybdenum deposit in East Tianshan is located in the Late Paleozoic trench-arc zone in Jueluotage.The metallogenic belt is located in the Cu-Ni-Ti-Au-Ag-Mo-Pb-Zn-In the iron ore-wollastonite-jade ore belt,The exposed strata in the mine area are mainly a set of regional Metamorphic rocks and a small amount of contact Metamorphic rocks in the Xingxingxia Group of the Great Wall of the ancient Yuan Dynasty;The structure of mine area is dominated by NE fault,and it is the main mine controlling ore volume structure.The magmatic rocks in the mining area are mainly two long granites,which are mostly rock bases and rock strains.The mineralized strata are the first rocky section of the Xingxingxia Group of the Great Wall of the ancient Yuan Dynasty.The ore-bearing rock mass is the late Triassic Erchanghuagang porphyry.The ore is closely related to quartz fine and reticulate veins,and it is fine-grained and flaky.Structure,star-like,fine-vein structure;Metal minerals mainly include pyrite,chalcopyrite,Molybdenum,sphalerite,ilmenite,magnetite,etc..Secondary metal minerals include malachite and limonite.The surrounding rock erosion is dominated by low temperature erosion such as potassification,green mud fossilization,sericization,and green curtain petrochemicals.The content of SiO2 in the ore-bearing rock mass is 70.95 to 69.4%,Al2O3 is12.73%to 13.84%,Fe2O3+FeO is 2.84 to 4.12%,is 0.49 to 0.92%,and P2O5 is 0.048 to0.1%.CaO content of 0.91 to 0.2.55%,Na2O+K2O content of 7.2%to 8.28%,high alkalinity,K2O>Na2O,rock rich potassium,Liteman index of 1.91 to 2.46,DI diversity index of 81.94 to 87.51,diagenetic Magma has good differentiation characteristics,Magma is S type calcium alkaline granite;The rock source comes from the earth's crust and is produced during the collision and orogenic period.The ore-bearing rock mass is formed by remelting the shell source material in the collision orogenic environment.Hongling Molybdenum deposit is similar to Baishan Molybdenum deposit and Donggebi Molybdenum deposit in strata,structure,magmatic rock,Geophysical and geochemical characteristics.The overall characteristics indicate that the deposit is a porphyry Molybdenum deposit.
