Mould enterprises are a type of typical production companies that use single orders as their object.The order production process is random and unstable.Therefore,the mold enterprises cannot effectively control the management during the entire process of mold production,it will lead to a series of problems,such as unsure quality and delayed delivery.Take a Shanghai mold company as an example.As a small and medium-sized enterprise in the mold industry,the mold manufacturing process is complex and the number of molds that need to be processed at the same time in the production workshop is large,so management is difficult.After an enterprise receives an order,the mold is designed in the form of a two-dimensional map.However,the existing mold industry gradually tends to three-dimensional design during mold design.The company is currently using three-dimensional software for mold design.During the entire design process,because the enterprise mold is a progressive mold,existing functions of three-dimensional software are complicated to meet the mold design.In order not to delay the delivery date and make the two-dimensional engineering drawings meet the company's requirements,it is necessary to target the company's mold engineering,the diagram design process specifically requires the design of a drawing management module.After the drawing design is completed,according to the drawing of the mold,the plan is the main line,and the method of paper dispatch is used to coordinate.The experienced dispatcher controls the scheduling of the mold processing process.But this method can not meet customer change the orders and the design process,also can not deal with the problem of equipment failures.This project designs a project management system that is suitable for the enterprise.The purpose is to improve the management and control of the enterprise,simplify the design process of the multi-station stamping die drawing,and standardize the engineering drawings.Automatic scheduling of the production of mold parts and real-time monitoring of the production status of products effectively enhance the profitability of the company.The main research content is:(1)Combining the characteristics of mold production,the system framework was established,the functional modules were divided and the functions of each module were described in detail,and the overall flow of the system was described in detail;(2)The NX multi-station stamping die engineering drawing was studied.Utilize MFC and Menu Script to carry on the secondary development to UG NX software,according to the stamping die design rule of the enterprise,establish each module layer corresponding to the stamping die,formulate the drawing drawing display rule,meet enterprise's designing requirement;(3)Researched the key technologies used by the system.Combining the characteristicsof the JIT model and the ant colony algorithm,Gantt charts are used to achieve production scheduling;(4)Using the example to verify the feasibility of the production management and multi-station stamping die engineering drawing design,and illustrated the operation of the system.Through the management and control of the entire mold engineering design process and production process,the design of the mold engineering drawing is optimized,the systematic management of the mold production is realized,and the company has a systematic project management.
