Metal Balance is an necessary link to the Copper Smelting plant comprehensivemanagement,and it is a significant signal for enterprises to fullfill the fine management for metal material.Compling a Metal Balance Report is an essential way to such practice,which can clearly show the distribution and residue of different metal elements.And it plays an important role in controlling the cost and improving the implement for producing plan.In the producing process,the data measured cannot avoid the perturbation and these perturbation would cost some loss on the data with no reason.So let the digital system do the work and elimate the interference of data perturbation with higher accuracy are the basic need for many copper smelting plant.This essay introduced a data calibrate method based ot PSO-GRG,which is proposed to solve the constrained least squares problem of metal balance model.Firstly,a feasible solution is obtained by using the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with inertial weights,which is close to the optimal solution.Then it is taken as the initial solution of the reduced gradient method which is accelerated by learning rate to continue the iteration until we find the optimal solution.This method makes up the shortcomings of the two algorithms and improves the calibration accuracy greatly while shortening the calibration time effectively.The number of inventory items involved in the metal balance report in the melt shop and the elemental grades of its major metal elements were corrected.Combined with the long-term production investigation and based on the above-mentioned metal data correction method,this paper completes the detailed design of the system database and each function module and realizes the programming on this basis.The metal balance system designs for the actual production of a domestic copper smelter.It not only traces the innominate loss in the metal balance report,but also provides scientific guidance for the production decision-making.At the same time,it has a good interactive function interface and clear and orderly business logic,which accords with the daily operating habits of inventory personnel.
